What is the Hyperion Munitions return policy?
We do accept returns for defective or damaged product where customers notify us of such issues within thirty days of their order date. If there is anything wrong with your product, we want to make things right. We just ask that you tell us about any issues quickly so that we can service you promptly. Note that we do not accept returns unless the product you ordered is defective or damaged. Please email our team at email@example.com if you desire to discuss a return.
When will my order ship?
All orders for in-stock items placed before 2PM Eastern Time on a business day will ship that same day and you will receive a confirmation of shipment at that time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship on weekends and on holidays. All orders placed after 2PM Eastern Time or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Due to New York State law, we can no longer ship ammunition purchased online to NY residents. We WILL ship to FFLs in New York. In order to protect our business and remain in compliance with the law, as of January 2, 2014 we will no longer ship to individual residents of New York state..
Ammunition Restrictions By State
Ammunition cannot be SHIPPED to ADDRESSES in the areas indicated. Ammunition may legal to own,
but some laws make it illegal to buy it via the internet or mail order. We do not make the restrictions but we have
to abide by them. If you live in one of the restricted zones we are not allowed to sell or ship ammunition to you.
It is up to your elected official to change your laws.

Internet sales of ammunition are allowed, but the ammunition will have to be shipped to a licensed dealer in New York state for pickup.
